Ashir Kaith

Advocate at the Himachal Pradesh High Court, Shimla, practicing since 2018 in service law, civil writ petitions, SARFAESI and banking matters, land acquisition, and labour laws.

Ashir Kaith is a founding partner of Kaith & Kaloti Lawyers and Solicitors and an advocate in Shimla practicing before the HP High Court since 2018. His core practice centres on service law — representing government employees across Himachal Pradesh in civil writ petitions (CWP), pension disputes, and recruitment matters, an area in which he has built extensive experience.

Beyond service matters, his practice extends to SARFAESI and banking litigation, land acquisition cases, labour laws, and excise & GST matters. This breadth allows him to advise individuals, employees, and institutions on disputes that span administrative, financial, and revenue law before the HP High Court and connected forums.

Committed to access to justice, Ashir serves as Legal Aid Counsel with the State Legal Service Authority (SLSA) and is a member of the Himachal Pradesh Bar Council. He previously served as Associate to the President (2025–2026) of the H.P. High Court Bar Association.
